Cancellation Policy
Things happen and your overall well being is important to me. Please be communicative and respectful and I will do the same!
I will always offer a yearly, one time grace.
After that, a 50% fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Anything cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100%.
Anything after 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100%.
After consecutive cancellations, you will be charged a 20% non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
